What the program does is it makes using Grip of Chaos and Scrambleverse much less dice intensive. Usually frowned upon in playgroups, I hope to make them much more acceptable cards and used in viable strategies. Like how Grip of Chaos makes all targeted removal almost impossible, keeping your best permanents safe by having a lot more expendable permanents. Or having very few permanents, then casting Scrambleverse to get a much better board position.
This program is made using Java, so any computer that can run Java should be able to run this program. I plan to add more features in the future, when I have time. Some of the nifty features currently in the program include:
- Permanent that are exactly the same combining to be easily listed (so if you imput a goblin token, then add another one later, it will combine them and have them listed as "Goblin is owned by: Player 1 with 2 on the field")
- Ability to name players to keep easier track of who owns what.
- Two click Scrambleverse. Once you have everything added, you can Scrambleverse multiple times, for those who must have Hive Mind on the field when they cast it and people want to activate abilities between each casting.
- The ability to add keywords, stats, or types to the program. Just use the parameter adder or modify the txt files yourself. If you add them through the program, you're going to have to restart the program for it to take affect.
Comment here for what you would like to see added to the program eventually or any feedback regarding it currently. I have a few ideas already for the next release, but would love to hear what people want to see from a program like this. You can download it here at this link:
Just unzip it and double click the "Randomizer.jar" file to run it
